I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated everything you did for me. I was way behind on payments, my air conditioner was broken, my refrigerator was broken.  It seemed like everything in my life was broken. You were upbeat and confident.  You stayed calm and worked with me and the mortgage co. to stop the sale. Everything happened just the way you said it would.

Within a couple of days of when I contacted you about my situation, you had a buyer and scheduled a closing. Imagine my surprise when I actually got some money at closing. Not only did you save my credit but helped me get moved into a new place I could afford. You and your company are the best thing that happened to me.

I have since changed careers and I'm feeling like a real person now. I even get credit card offers in the mail!  When I'm ready to try the homeownership thing again, you will be the first person I'm going to call. Thank you again.
